It came well shipped in bubble wrap. Nothing was broken. This is a good first drone for kid or a young adult. Easy to fly easy to learn. camera is very good and has a zoom feature. Propellers have snap on protectors. Directions are easy to follow. Controller has Chinese writing but can use LabelMaker and change to English easy. I got three batteries. Make sure all screws are tight before the first flight.! Download app and practice all features. Fly in open areas do not fly away from sight. Camera is for taking picture only. Not a long range drone but good for taking pictures.

I have not tried autotracking yet because I fly in SoCal in controlled airspace with obstacles. I fly strictly manual and maintain control all the time. The app warns of obstacles, aircraft, and TFR’s. The image is clear on the Google Pixel when flying. Love it.
