Returns:

MANYUSHI will process the refund claims in 24-72 hours and provides the best service for all users. To better solve the return and refund issue, please view the following content.

Customers can claim refund in the following cases:

1.    Damaged Products

2.    Incorrect or Missing Products

3.    Products Out of Stock

4.    Products Unable to Ship

5.    Delayed Orders

6.    Cancel Orders

7.    Missing Packages

Customers are required to provide the followings with their claims:

1.    Photos/videos of the damaged item. Please send us the materials to prove the damage.

2.    Screenshots of the dispute, which include name, date and content. For example, a customer complaint/dispute raises through PayPal Dispute, e-mail, chat window, etc.

3.    (Optional) Tracking number of the item. If MANYUSHI asks for a return of the item, you need to send the tracking number to prove that you returned it.

How to request a refund:

1.    Contact MANYUSHI customer service at our contact page.

2.    Send photos/videos of the damaged product and screenshots of dispute.

Please note that:

The money will be refunded to the original payment channel (PayPal or credit card). Or it will be refunded to your account balance.

We recommend refunding the money to the balance for faster processing. You can use the balance to pay for new orders or withdraw at any time you want.

Shipping :

We provide a shipping guarantee for our users. If we miss the delivery date (usually 30-40 days), we offer a full refund.

MANYUSHI offers a full refund if the order delays. It will be counted from the date that the package leaves the warehouse.

In normal circumstances, more than 30 days.

In the busy season, more than 40 days, such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, etc.

In unforeseen circumstances, such as epidemics etc, the date will be different. Please pay attention to our notification email and message.

Please note that:

1.    For orders shipped to the USA, European countries, New Zealand, Canada, MANYUSHI will refund if the total shipping time more than 35 days.

2.    For orders shipped to South America, Middle East, India, Africa, MANYUSHI will refund if the total shipping time more than 65 days.

3.    Order delay caused by delivery pending, such as an insufficient address, package unclaimed, inability to contact the customer, etc, MANYUSHI will not refund you.

You can check the delivery date on this page as a reference. The date is counted from the time a tracking number create.

Please note that, during the busy season, such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, etc, the date may be longer because of the massive packages and limited capacity of shipping companies. We will notify you in advance to protect your interest. Please check our refund policy for more details.

Your order should meet the following conditions for a shipping guarantee refund:

Your shipping option is the one displayed on the product page.

Your products are eligible for delivery.

The shipping address is correct and eligible.

The guarantee does not apply if the following circumstances exist.

We will not refund because of unforeseen circumstances, such as an epidemic, strike, natural disaster, war, etc.

We will not refund if the package is shipped to the following countries:

Netherlands Post and Singapore Post support worldwide delivery.

UK Express:

All UK packages will be shipped by UK Express by default.

US Express:

US Express can only deliver to the U.S(Military base not included) by USPS. You can choose this fast shipping method when fulfilling an order.

CA Express:

CA Express will ship to Canada only by Canada Post.

AU Express:

AU Express will ship to Australia only by Australia Post.
